Villa EvAndreas is a privately managed house and offers you a relaxing time in the south of Crete.
We have equipped and furnished the house to a high standard with every comfort, as if we were living there ourselves all year round.

The spacious outdoor area offers numerous places to enjoy the surroundings, whether it's having breakfast on the terrace, relaxing by the infinity pool or enjoying an evening glass of wine under the stars.
An impressive 200m² of terraces extend around the house, complemented by a spacious roof terrace of 150m², which invites you to relax and enjoy.

The two comfortably furnished bedrooms each have their own bathroom and direct access to the north-east facing terrace.
They offer you your own personal retreat and you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley through the large panoramic windows.

The furniture and built-in cupboards, handmade in Crete, are also painted with Little Greene®.

Sustainable does not mean sacrificing luxury.
Villa EvAndreas generates more electricity than it can consume thanks to its own photovoltaic system and feeds this into the local power grid.
The sun also heats the water for daily use.
