• Departure time: until 10.00 o‘clock (10am)

• advanced payment: 25% of the rental price upon booking
• final payment: 3 weeks before arrival

• smoking is not permitted inside the house (also no e-cigarettes)

• the house and the pool are not suitable for small children, so we are happy if the children can swim safely and need to be supervised by an adult.

• unfortunately, pets are also not allowed

• no parties or events
  

Service

Final, intermediate and pool cleaning are included from the first week. 

Air conditioning, bed linen, pool, bath and hand towels, tourist tax etc. are all included.
